This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the Deus Plugin Pro subscription ("Extension") made through the website deus-soft.com, operated by Denis Lopatkin. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with Deus Plugin Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Include the following details in your request:

• The email address used for the purchase;
• The date of purchase;
• Your order number (available in the receipt email from Paddle).

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

3. Refunds After 30 Days

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for charges beyond the 30-day window are issued at our sole discretion.
