Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Deus Plugin Chrome extension ("Extension") and the website at deus-soft.com ("Site"), operated by Denis Lopatkin ("we", "us", or "our").

By installing the Extension or accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

1. Description of Service

Deus Plugin is a browser extension for Google Chrome that replaces the standard Spotify and Yandex Music audio visualization with custom visual presets running inside the browser. The Extension is available in a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Features and availability may change over time.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Extension or its source code;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension;
• Sublicense, sell, or rent your rights under these Terms;
• Use the Extension in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Pro Subscription

Certain features of the Extension require a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use.

Deus Pro is sold as a one-time purchase. You pay once and receive a perpetual license to use the Pro features of the Extension as they exist at the time of purchase, including any future updates delivered while the product is actively maintained.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Extension or Site to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of third-party services;
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Extension;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Extension or its related systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all content, code, graphics, and design, is owned by Denis Lopatkin and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

6. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with third-party services including Spotify and Yandex Music. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to these services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DENIS LOPATKIN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE EXTENSION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Russian Federation.
